G’Day Mate

G'Day Mate In 2013 a man was able to steal $33 million AUD from the Crown Casino in Melbourne, Australia via hacking into their surveillance system. The individuals has never been apprehended and the casino itself has been somewhat cagey about how the crime even took place to begin with. It has been deduced by security experts though that player was likely wearing an earpiece while an accomplice had access to the security camera footage. In such a privileged position he would of course be able to inform the player of what to bet on and how much.

Shortly after the incident a VIP staff member responsible for looking after the players was fired, leading some to believe that he was involved. No further action was taken though, so it’s hard to deduce anything further from that. Just as it’s unlikely that the casino will eve see that $33 million AUD again.
